Transporting oversized cargo is one of the most complex and challenging tasks in logistics, requiring careful planning and the utmost professionalism.

One such project was managed by our Yekaterinburg branch, where we were tasked with transporting a hydraulic drilling machine—designed for breaking concrete and brick walls—from Zabaikalsk to Alchevsk for a construction company.
Although the customer expected the cargo to arrive by the end of July, delays at customs in Zabaikalsk presented a significant challenge.
Despite this, along with additional obstacles like a burst tire, frequent inspections by traffic police (who showed great interest in the machine at every checkpoint, along with the transportation authorization documents), and technical issues with the driver’s communication and navigation systems, TRASKO successfully delivered the drilling machine on schedule. Amazingly, the journey from Zabaikalsk to its final destination took only 15 days—a remarkably quick turnaround, considering the 7,100 km distance and the size of the cargo.
