We have combined two orders into one and thus saved money for transportation to the customer. We have attracted 20-tons TRASKO truck exclusively for the needs of the customer. Due to the fact that there were no additional loads and unloads along the way; we were able to significantly reduce the delivery time of the LTL cargo.
Another feature of transportation was the necessity to have the original ST-1 certificate. The absence of the original certificate made it impossible to cross the borders. This document is issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation or by its regional offices. The certificate confirms that the products were exported outside the Russian Federation and manufactured on the territory of Russia from domestic raw materials, or at least was sufficiently processed in Russia. To obtain such a certificate, you must submit an application to the appropriate authority and include there information about the products. The document is certified by the signature of the head of the organization. After receiving this certificate, we started the transportation.
The LTL cargo proceeded from Chelyabinsk to the recipient’s door in Ulaanbaatar via the temporary storage warehouse in Mongolia. Overall the cargo covered a distance of 4,400 km in 8 days and was successfully delivered to the customer.
