Project

Transportation of dangerous items is carried out in accordance with the Rules of Transportation of dangerous cargo and in compliance with special safety requirements. The driver must have an appropriate certificate and the car must be equipped with fire extinguishers and an ADR kit to transport this type of cargo.

It is necessary to remember that the transportation of dangerous cargo also requires compliance with a number of additional conditions. The blend compound that we had to deliver from China to Russia is used for gluing rubber, viscose or nylon, as well as for the production of polyurethane lacquers and comes under the ADR 6.1 category, which represents potentially toxic substances that can harm health if swallowed, inhaled or contact with skin.

The substance was securely packed in iron barrels with a capacity of 250 liters. A number of components had special requirements in terms of storage and transportation temperature (from +10 to +30 degrees). We allocated our refrigerated semi-trailer with a constant temperature mode of +10 degrees in order to successfully implement the project. Transportation was carried out from Yantai (China) to Izhevsk (Russia).

There were no technical difficulties during the delivery. This project became an example of a synergetic effect, when the customer provides all the necessary documentation, and the cargo carrier that fulfills the task as efficiently as possible at all stages from the delivery of the truck to unloading the cargo to the customer. Overall the cargo covered a distance of 10,500 km and was successfully delivered to the client almost twice as fast as it was mentioned just before the beginning of the journey.
